• Please fill out your name on the recommendation form and give it to your recommender right away so that they will have time to complete it by January 1. The recommender can be any adult who has seen your leadership in action (a teacher, coach, mentor, or other member of the community).  Recommendations should be sent directly to kkearnsjordan@gmail.com.  
• When naming your document, please add your full name using this format: Danbury Scholarship Program Application for Kevin Michael Jordan.
