About Us
The mission of the Jordan Family Foundation is to advance equity and innovation in the schools of New York City and Danbury, CT, so that students graduate prepared to pursue their goals in education, career, and community.
Founded in 2022 by Kevin Jordan and Kristin Kearns-Jordan, the Foundation builds on the work Kristin has been leading in New York City education since 1991. Grounded in the belief that schools operate within and contribute to their communities, the Foundation embraces a place-based approach to grantmaking.

In Danbury the foundation operates a college access and success program serving a dynamic group of student leaders from Danbury.
